As last year’s event “Living Well with a Stoma” was received so favourably, it has been decided to hold a similar event this year to coincide with our September meeting.  There will be sessions on nutrition, exercise, mindfulness and more.  You can come all day or for part of the day – whichever suits and attendance plus lunch is free to all.
